Genesis Attachments is pleased to offer free technical service training to equipment distributors and end users at our manufacturing plant located in Superior, Wisconsin.

The intent of this training is to familiarize the distributors and end users with the maintenance, repair, and trouble shooting procedures recommended for their Genesis attachment. Designed to teach distributors and end users the level of service and maintenance skills needed to efficiently and productively operate their attachment results, in more uptime availability for the attachment, a reduction in the operating costs, and a longer life cycle for the product.

Feel free to bring photographs of your existing attachments for review and appraisal of your current maintenance procedures.


Training School Schedule
(All classes are held on a Thursday and Friday.)

2008:

  • May              15 - 16
  • July               17 - 18
  • September     18 - 19
  • November        6 - 7

Note: Dates subject to change. Class size is limited, so please register early.

Class times:

Thursday: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Note: Meet in hotel lobby at 7:30 a.m. for transportation to Genesis.

Class Fees:
The two-day service training is free and Genesis will pick up all hotel and meal expenses.

Transportation:
Class participants are responsible for transportation costs (airfare) to the Duluth International Airport. The airport is serviced by Northwest Airlines (800) 225-2525.

Plan to arrive Wednesday, the day prior to training. Departures should be scheduled after 2 p.m. on Friday. Genesis will provide transportation to and from the Duluth International Airport for attendees arriving before 8 p.m. on Wednesdays and departing on Friday. Attendees scheduled to arrive after 8 p.m. Wednesday should call a local taxi service.

Accomodations:
Genesis will make all hotel reservations, and provide transportation between Genesis and the hotel each day.
