Some people call it technical service. Some call it customer support. We just want you to call us. Tell us about any difficulties or problems you're having and our expert technicians will go to work finding you solutions. We're also here for any preventive maintenance questions you may have. Any question that keeps your attachment performing and making you money, that's a question that we're eager to answer. So go ahead, call us ... or email us or text us or send photos. And if we can't solve your problem that way, we can provide on-site technical support or maintenance at our manufacturing facilities in Superior, WI. Whatever the problem, whatever you need, we'll have a solution.

Our customer philosophy reigns true in our technical services department. Technical support is available 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CDT, Monday through Friday. Contact Tim Alseth with service questions about your Genesis attachment and for faster service, please have your serial number available.
