Technical Service School Training“KNOWLEDGE IS POWER”
There’s an old saying, “Knowledge is Power.” At Genesis, we couldn’t agree more. That’s why we offer our customers and distributors free technical service training at our manufacturing plant in Superior, Wisconsin.
The intent of our training is to familiarize our distributors and customers with the maintenance, repair, and trouble-shooting procedures recommended for their Genesis attachment. Along with the classroom instruction, you’ll experience a tour of our factory and watch on-site demonstrations of proper maintenance procedures – all led by the people who build Genesis products every day. You’ll even get the opportunity to meet and ask questions of various Genesis staff throughout your visit, so we encourage you to bring photographs of your existing attachments for a review and appraisal of your current maintenance procedures.
Operators love the training because they learn every aspect of the equipment from the ground up, including how it’s engineered, how it’s built, how best to use it, and how to keep it in service. Owners love it, because they learn how to squeeze every dime from their Genesis product – how to work it most productively, and how to keep it working. Providing these skills and training is all about giving our customers exactly what they need. You’ve purchased the best product on the market. We want you to use it to its fullest potential.
Format and Schedule
All classes are held on Thursday (8 a.m. – 4 p.m.) and Friday (8 a.m. – 2 p.m.).
Class size is limited to 15 participants, so please register early. (Dates are subject to change.)

Fee Information:
The two-day service training is free. Genesis will make all hotel reservations, and provide transportation between Genesis and the hotel each day, and will pick up all hotel and meal expenses during your two day training.
Class participants are responsible for their own transportation costs. The nearest airport, the Duluth International Airport, is serviced by Northwest Airlines: (800) 225-2525. Genesis will provide transportation to and from the Duluth International Airport for attendees arriving before 8 p.m. on Wednesdays and departing on Friday. Attendees scheduled to arrive after 8 p.m. Wednesday should call a local taxi service.
