Technical Service Training

Designed for Genesis customer and dealer service supervisors and technicians, Technical Service Training provides attendees the maintenance, repair and troubleshooting procedures recommended for their attachments.

Technical Service Training

Held in Superior, WI, the two-day Genesis Technical Service Training sessions feature not only classroom learning but also a factory tour, enabling attendees to see first-hand how attachments are built and meet the people who build them. Instructional topics include installation, operation, welding, hydraulics, rotation and swivels.

Classes are typically held April through October, and there is no cost to attend. Attendees are responsible for only their airfare or ground transportation. Genesis covers all other training related expenses.

Class size is limited, so early registration is recommended. However, if there is a large number of people from one organization who want to attend, we may be able to come to you. Customer and dealer on-site training should be discussed and planned with your Genesis Regional Manager.
